This research aims to study the effects of exercise using an underwater treadmill training (UTT) for patients with type 2 diabetes. Because the buoyancy of the water helps support the patient’s weight,
allowing them to exercise. The study will assess blood sugar control, blood fat levels, cardiovascular function, body weight, and leg strength compared to standard exercise programs for patient care.
